Hi, I’m Erin.

I’ve been house sitting on and off in Colorado for more than 30 years, and I genuinely love it.

I’ve cared for all kinds of animals over the years and spent the past 20 years sharing my own home with cats, dogs or both. I grew up with horses, volunteer at a horse sanctuary and have experience caring for farm animals.

I treat other people’s animals and homes the way I’d want someone to treat mine: with a lot of love, attention and respect. And yes, I’m a plant person too. Indoor, outdoor, garden - I’ll keep those happy while you’re gone as well.

Getting “up the canyon” is never a problem and am happy to do it. I drive a 4×4 truck and am used to Colorado winters.

I grew up on a farm and have cared for just about every kind of critter since - dogs, cats, puppies, seniors, horses, sheep, birds and fish.

I currently work primarily from my computer, so when I'm house sitting, I'm actually there. I love getting outside for walks (even when the weather is sloppy), and having a furry companion along makes it even better.

I'm a homeowner myself, have remodeled a couple of houses, and don't panic when something doesn't go according to plan. I know what it means to leave your home in someone else's hands and I treat yours the way I'd want mine treated.

I'm great with plants, comfortable administering medications, and have plenty of experience with high-energy and senior animals.

Most importantly, I genuinely love the company. After losing my own beloved cat and dog last year to old age, I have a lot of animal love stored up to share.
